Are you a counseling professional interested in providing online therapy services?
Here at TAS, we practice from an all-inclusive and integrative approach. As TAS grows, we aim to empower clinicians who are interested in practicing from a trauma-informed and multicultural framework to continue addressing the important initiative to provide culturally responsive and accessible care to our diverse clients seeking mental health care within our communities.
We seek therapists who are fully licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSWs) to provide therapy services for our clients. Our clinicians are highly encouraged to bring forth their unique talents and approaches that highlight their different specialties.

TAS offers compensation for our therapists at a rate that is one of the highest in the industry.

Higher compensation rates once reaching a caseload of seeing at least 10 clients per week on a regular basis.

Say goodbye to long commutes, traffic, and rigid schedules. As an independent contractor providing online therapy services, you have the flexibility to choose when and how you provide services.

Scheduled consultation sessions for onboarding, outreach planning, business, and marketing strategies.

We take care of the credentialing services for our insurance panels.

We handle all the marketing and provide a HIPPA compliant EHR system.

We provide mentorship after one year at TAS for therapists with the goal of opening their own practice and transitioning their clients with them.
