Hi. I'm Susan! I am a former Marine and native Texan, who has a passion for providing the gift of therapy to others. I’ve worked for over seven years with adults with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Usher Syndrome and other disabilities. I love working with Neuro-Diverse people, as a Neuro-diverse person myself. As a veteran, I also enjoy working with veterans.

I approach therapy from a very humanistic approach. I understand that my clients are the experts on themselves. As a therapist, I am here to hear and support my clients.

 

In our sessions together, my clients can expect to take away the coping skills that are necessary for the hard times. I aim to empower my clients by teaching them how to set appropriate boundaries with others.
